Day 1 Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park

0730hrs: We’ll collect you from your Nairobi hotel / Nairobi Airport and depart for the lake Nakuru National Park.

There shall be stops along the way to admire at the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment. We shall stop at the Freshwater Lake Naivasha for an exciting boat safari to view hippos, exotic birds and small game. This shall be followed by guided walking safari at the Crescent Island.

Later proceed to the Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving during the late morning hours. The view of the colorful flamingos is accompanied by other birdlife – pelicans, cormorants, kingfishers, ostriches, storks as well as herons and eagles. The scene here is bountiful, busy and full of color.

But that’s only the beginning of this safari trip to Africa, and what this special park has to offer because the wildlife viewing here is easy and accessible. Lake Nakuru is known for hosting some endangered but beautiful species. You’re sure to see rare Rothschild’s Giraffe along with white rhino, especially along the lakeshore.

Afternoon shall be spent on bird and game watching drives around the Lake. Dinner and overnight at your tented safari camp/ chosen Kenya safari lodge.

Day 2 Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara

Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve: An approximate of 6 hrs drive with stops along the way.

A Short game enroute and bird watching drive at the lake Nakuru National Park.

Later on our Kenya safari tour will see us proceed to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, one of Africa’s dream safari destinations; the Masai Mara also remains the best safari tour for first time travelers.

There shall be stops at scenic places along the Nakuru – Masai Mara route.

Afternoon game viewing drives at the Masai Mara.

Dinner and overnight at your Masai Mara safari lodge/ tented safari camp.

Day 3 Full Day Exploring Masai Mara

Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza in one of Kenya’s top safari destination!

Masai Mara Game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region – producing excellent wildlife viewing all year round.

The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities.

The Masai Mara is undeniably one of the top African safari tours with the Kenya migration season considered as the best time for to go on a safari in Africa; although the Masai Mara is good all year round.

We shall navigate the Masai Mara Game Reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser Kenya safari animals.

Picnic lunch shall be under the trees in the heart of the Mara or by the famous Mara River  as we watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe witness the Masai Mara great migration (July – October).

Return to your chosen Masai Mara tented camp/ Masai Mara safari lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Masai Mara Game Reserve - Nairobi

Wrapping up your Kenya wildlife safari package today is a leisurely morning breakfast at your tented safari camp/ safari lodge, afterward you have an option to visit the Masai village before starting your journey back to Nairobi.

Depart Masai Mara in the mid – morning and proceed to Nairobi.

There shall be a lunch stop along the way.

Arrive Nairobi in the late afternoon, approximately 4:30 pm. with a drop off at your Nairobi hotel/ JKIA Nairobi airport signaling the end of our Africa Kenya safari.
