Samburu & Ol Pejeta Safari

0730 am, pick up at your Nairobi hotel where your long waited African safari vacation begins. Ahead of us is an approximate 5-6 hours’ drive to Samburu Game Reserve.

We aim to arrive at your Samburu tented safari camp/ safari lodge in time for a delicious lunch afterwards refresh then move out for our first afternoon safari activity. We’ll be on the lookout for the rare Samburu wildlife among other Kenya safari animals that we may come across.

Head back to your safari lodge/ tented safari camp for dinner & overnight stay.

Arise for an early breakfast and proceed to an exhilarating morning safari sightings in the game park until noon. Keep your eyes peeled during the game drives as we spot these amazing Kenyan wildlife.

We will return to the camp/ safari lodge for lunch before we head out again for an afternoon safari or rather carry our picnic lunch so that we can maximize our time out in the field.

The focus remains to see the abundant wildlife species from the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, the Beisa Oryx, Elephants, and predators such as the Lion, Leopard and Cheetahs till late in the evening after which we’ll enjoy our dinner and retire for the night.

It’s day 3 on your African safari tour and we will start our morning with a refreshing breakfast before starting our safari drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy where an action-packed game drive awaits us.

With an approximate of 3 hours’ drive from Samburu, we should arrive at the tented safari camp/ safari lodge and check-in, giving you the opportunity to refresh as you await lunch.

Afterwards, we will head out for an afternoon safari till sunset then later on return to our tented safari camp/ safari lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Wake up to an early morning breakfast then checkout with our luggage packed as you get to enjoy one final morning game drive. We will drive back to Nairobi City, arriving in the late afternoon hours. This will be followed by a short transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport/ your Nairobi hotel ending our African safari package.
