Day 1 Arrival in Lake Naivasha National Park – then proceed to Crescent Island & game drives.
0730am – Pick up from your Nairobi area hotel or residence
Drive to the Lake Naivasha National Park with a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley Escapement viewpoint to marvel at the scenic escarpment.
Later on proceed with the safari arriving at Lake Naivasha and head for the boat ride directly to Crescent Island for guided walks where you will experience up-close views of Buffalo, Waterbuck, Antelope, Giraffes, and Zebra among others.
Head back to the boat to continue with the boat ride as you explore Lake Naivasha, you’ll have a good opportunity to view Hippos, exotic birds, and Mount Longonot on the background.
Have a late lunch while you head back to Nairobi and get dropped off at your hotel. Arrive early evening, approximately 6.30 pm.
